I have obtained my undergraduate studies from the University of Central Oklahoma in biomedical engineering. I have not only gained hard skills but also soft skills, due to the fact that I have interacted with multinational people. 

The exam has two parts regulation and operation. CME-1 test your knowledge on  securities investment, related analytical tools in economics, and financial statements as well as the relevant law and regulations  

I learned the strategic importance of IT and IS for businesses and
managers, and how to utilize social media, cloud computing, business analytics, industry 4.0, and decision-making with IT and IS.  

I have learned how to create and understand a term sheet, capitalization table, and best practices in venture deals.
